How will my photo compare to what i see on my phone?

Printing a photo is different to looking at that same photo on your phone. There are a number of things to be aware of.

  • Images that are dark on your phone, will be very dark when printed on chocolate.
  • A photo on a phone can be quite vibrant depending on the brightness of your screen. Our chocolate doesn't come with an internal light source to replicate the look of the photo.
  • Can there be blemishes? Yes, unfortunately chocolate is a delicate product and bumps and bangs can cause scratches and other marks. We have quality checks along the way and pack your product in a way that minimises this happening.

Shipping Delays

We have partnered with Australia Post as they are the experts on getting parcels delivered across the country in the quickest possible time.

There may however be times that despite everything they do that your delivery goes missing or takes a detour somewhere you don't expect.

If this happens, the best option is for you, the Customer, to lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post. If you contact us, we can also put in an enquiry, however this is unlikely to speed up the process.

Australia Post usually takes 1-3 days to provide a resolution and often the parcel is delivered in that timeframe.
