Shipping policy
ChocolabĀ produces, packs and dispatches from our Wyong factory (on the Central Coast, NSW).
We take strong measures to ensure that your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. We guarantee that if any damage occurs to your order during transit we will issue a replacement product. If orders are damaged in transit please contact us at hello@chocolab.com.au.
We use Australia Post for all orders.Ā
Due to the sensitive nature of our product we do not deliver to private mail boxes or parcel lockers that are subjected to higher temperatures.
We charge a delivery rate starting from $12.95, which will be displayed during checkout. During warmer months, all orders are dispatched2with temperature protective packaging a no extra cost to customers.
To ensure your parcel arrives safely, we may hold onto your order in our temperature controlled facility if we have concerns about the weather causing damage to your order. We will let you know by email if this is expected to impact on delivery timeframes.
Once your order is processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. You are welcome to contact the courier company with your tracking number if you have any delivery questions.
