All orders are covered by our no-melt, no-breakage replacement guarantee. We will bubble wrap, insulate and use ice packs to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. Should something go wrong and your chocolate arrives melted or damaged in any way please email us immediately with a photo and we will re-ship a replacement as soon as possible.
* Please note that we make and process all orders as quickly as possible but in times leading up to events there can be delays. Also at times of extreme heat we may choose to delay shipment. If you need an order urgently we encourage you to email us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not currently shipping internationally.
Local pickup is available at our store in Crows Nest between 12:30pm and 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and Sunday 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Packing Your Order
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We carefully bubble wrap around each block and tightly package the box with bubble wrap to ensure that nothing moves around while it travels. We check the weather at the destination and insulate the chocolate accordingly. We insulate using a thermo-foil insulated bubble wrap and ice-packs, to keep the inside of the box cool.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been completed you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post. If you do not receive the email or need help to track your parcel, email us: email@example.com.
Adverse Weather Conditions
We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will hold off shipment of chocolate to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please get in contact with us if you have a deadline and are awaiting delivery.
