IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SHIPPING DUE TO COVID:

Australia post are experiencing some delivery delays and they are hoping to catch up this week but we are unable to guarantee timing of delivery at this point in time.

Timing:

Unfortunately Auspost is experiencing delays due to Covid and we cannot give accurate timing of deliveries. We make and ship the orders within 1-5 business days. Please email us if your order is needed by a certain date: hello@chocolab.com.au

International:

We are not currently shipping internationally.

Pickup:

Local pickup is available at our store in Crows Nest. To order make sure you choose a postcode within Sydney to see the option at checkout. If you do not see the option just use 24 Willoughby Rd, Crows Nest 2065 NSW Australia as the shipping address.


Packing Your Order

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We carefully bubble wrap around each block and tightly package the box with bubble wrap to ensure that nothing moves around while it travels. We check the weather at the destination and insulate the chocolate accordingly.  We insulate using a thermo-foil insulated bubble wrap and ice-packs, to keep the inside of the box cool.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has been completed you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post. If you do not receive the email or need help to track your parcel, email us: hello@chocolab.com.au.

Adverse Weather Conditions

We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will hold off shipment of chocolate to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Please get in contact with us if you have a deadline and are awaiting delivery.
