Every order is covered by our no-break & no-melt guarantee. We will bubble wrap and insulate your chocolates to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Should something go wrong and your chocolate arrives melted or damaged in any way please email us immediately with a photo and we will re-ship a replacement as soon as possible.

Packing Your Order
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. We carefully bubble wrap around each block and tightly package the box with bubble wrap to ensure that nothing moves around while it travels. We check the weather at the destination and insulate the chocolate accordingly. We insulate using a thermo-foil insulated bubble wrap and ice-packs, to keep the inside of the box cool.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has been completed you will receive a tracking email from Australia Post. If you do not receive the email or need help to track your parcel, email us: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Adverse Weather Conditions
We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we are affected by factors that are beyond our control, such as bad weather. Should this happen, we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing and send email updates to all customers awaiting chocolate.
